Cancellation policy
Preorder & Deposit Policy
Payment & Reservation. Preorders and deposits reserve inventory for our upcoming production run. Your payment (full or deposit) is captured at checkout to secure your size.
Cancellation Before Shipment. You may cancel your preorder or deposit at any time before your order ships for a full refund to your original form of payment. To request a cancellation, email support@sunbottom.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund if the order has not yet shipped.
After Shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available. At that point, our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies (if eligible). Shipping fees and duties (if any) are nonrefundable after shipment unless required by law.
Estimated Timelines. Estimated ship dates are provided as a guide and may change due to production or carrier delays. We will notify you if a material delay occurs. You may cancel any time before shipment if a new timeline does not work for you.
Product Adjustments. Minor adjustments to details (e.g., stitching, hardware, wash) may occur during final production to improve quality. These do not materially alter the design intent or fit.
Combined Orders. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items ship together when all items are available, unless otherwise stated. You may request cancellation of the entire order before shipment; partial cancellations may be limited once packing has begun.
